Scope of Work: Conceptual Design, Application Projects & Worksite Management

The VisionThis project represents a complete spatial narrative, designed to bridge the gap between physical craftsmanship and immersive digital environments. Delivered through our architectural company, the stand synthesizes historical optical concepts—inspired by the Camera Obscura—with modern Extended Reality (XR) and VR technologies. The result is an interactive pavilion that invites visitors into a curated journey.

Execution & Delivery

Conceptual Design: Embracing a lean and bold aesthetic, the structural envelope utilizes a fluted polycarbonate facade to play with light, texture, and transparency. This creates a distinct visual rhythm while defining quiet, dedicated zones for virtual exploration.

Application Projects: Translating an ambitious vision into reality requires rigorous technical detailing. We developed comprehensive blueprints and material specifications to ensure every architectural element, from the custom lighting rings to the spatial flow, was perfectly calibrated.

Worksite Management: We directed the end-to-end construction on the exhibition floor. By actively overseeing contractors, material installations, and spatial arrangements, we ensured the physical build flawlessly matched the initial 3D design intent without compromise.

The Everest Tour Exhibition Stand, featuring a 6m x 10m footprint and a total height of 4.5m, is engineered upon a demountable aluminum modular system, ensuring rapid, sustainable, and aesthetically precise assembly within the exhibition hall. The primary structure utilizes interlocking, lightweight modular profiles, while the exterior envelope is clad in corrugated polycarbonate panels chosen for their fluted texture and translucent, light-diffusing properties. To support the light and shadow interplay inspired by the "Camera Obscura" optical principle, these panels are backlit with integrated LED systems—functioning as a large-scale lightbox—to achieve a striking, lean, and bold facade. Internally, distinct functional volumes such as the closed meeting area, service section, and VR experience rooms are spatially organized by vertically partitioning the framework up to the full 4.5m clearance, with all technical details meticulously resolved to conceal joints and connections for a seamless architectural finish.
